About the Position

We are seeking an Asset Manager to oversee our diverse asset portfolio, ensuring optimal performance across recreational, cultural and entertainment facilities.

This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to:

  • Develop comprehensive asset management strategies and long-term renewal programs;
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and asset management professionals;
  • Oversee major capital expenditure and operational expenditure project delivery from planning through to completion;
  • Manage critical contracts and drive operational efficiencies across parkland operations;
  • Implement data-driven asset management systems and spatial technology integration;
  • Evaluate full compliance with legislative requirements and corporate risk frameworks; and
  • Prepare strategic reports and documentation for leadership.
About You

We're looking for an exceptional professional with a proven track record in asset management who thrives in stakeholder-rich environments and can contribute to this Queensland precinct icon.

  • Senior leadership experience managing complex, diverse asset portfolios (preferably in precinct or large-scale infrastructure environments);
  • Demonstrated success implementing ISO55000 compliant asset management frameworks;
  • Strong track record delivering capital expenditure/operational expenditure projects on time and within budget;
  • Experience managing asset data teams and integrating spatial systems with asset management platforms; and
  • Proven ability leading multidisciplinary technical teams and fostering continuous improvement cultures.
Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Strategic asset planning and long-term renewal program development;
  • Contract management experience with significant service agreements;
  • Financial management capabilities including budget cycles and public sector funding. Understanding of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB116) and National Capital Authority Planning (NCAP01) standards; and
  • Strong governance and reporting skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
