**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team in managing a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with tenants and owners
- Lease management, including negotiation and renewals
- Conducting rent reviews
- Financial management and reporting
- Attending to maintenance issues and liaising with tenants and landlords while working closely with the property management team
- Conducting regular inspections as per the inspection cycle report
- Monitoring rental arrears and working within arrears KPIs
- Reviewing income/expenses and capital improvements
- Maintaining compliance and monitoring schedules
- Monitoring insurance coverage for tenants and landlords
- Providing written monthly reports to clients
- Minimum of three years of retail/commercial asset management experience
- Capacity to prioritize workload and display good judgment and initiative
- Positive, flexible, and motivated attitude
- Ability to provide high-level administrative support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Total confidence when dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors
- Ability to provide excellent client services
