Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in invoice processing, and excellent communication abilities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and resolve IDOC error messages daily to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct thorough monthly validations of warehouse invoices for compliance with company standards.
  • Perform weekly validations of invoices from six transport providers, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage the weekly processing of transport invoices, guaranteeing timely and accurate entry into the financial system.
  • Oversee the weekly upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support operational integrity.
  • Prepare and submit approval requests for write-offs and donations, maintaining detailed records for reporting purposes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
