Kids Footwear Product Director

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the strategic development of kids footwear collections. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from concept to launch.
About the RoleThe Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing seasonal ranges that balance innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive collections
- Managing relationships with offshore suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery
- Presenting collections to internal stakeholders and sales teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer, preferably in kids footwear
- A proven track record of working with offshore factories and leading teams
- A deep understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing
- Creative, collaborative, and commercially astute with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to create accurate technical specifications
