In the fast-paced world of footwear retail, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Product Curator who can drive sales and growth with trend-led products at competitive prices.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for curating an irresistible range of footwear that meets customer needs and delivers strong commercial outcomes. From must-have sneaker drops to timeless boots, your expertise will ensure our product offerings are always on-trend and in demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets for the footwear category.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing assortment that meets customer expectations and drives business results.
  • Identify market opportunities and act swiftly to capitalize on them with impactful product offerings.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product launches and compelling content.
  • Monitor and analyze trading metrics to inform data-driven decisions on rebuys, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Implement clearance strategies to optimize aged stock while protecting profit margins.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a buyer or product curator in the footwear industry within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in using trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • A track record of scaling assortments while maintaining profit margins and managing inventory effectively.
  • Effective negotiation skills and supplier management experience, including global sourcing.
  • A passion for fashion, trends, and understanding what drives customer engagement.
