Our ideal candidate will lead the development of our Kids and Back-to-School collections.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Balancing innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity in seasonal ranges
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cohesive collections
  • Managing offshore suppliers for timely, cost-effective, and high-quality products
  • Presenting collections to internal teams and wholesale sales
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to pre-production

You'll be leading a small team as you drive the creation and execution of seasonal collections. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and delivering compelling product stories that resonate with customers.

About You:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer - preferably in kids footwear
  • Proven experience working with offshore factories and managing a team
  • In-depth understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing
  • Creative, collaborative, and commercially savvy with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and able to create accurate technical specifications
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments
