Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to balance trend, value, and margin.

The buyer will be responsible for defining and delivering the footwear category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets. This includes crafting on-trend, value-led assortments that excite customers and drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and delivering the footwear category strategy
  • Crafting on-trend, value-led assortments
  • Identifying market opportunities and acting swiftly to fill them with high-impact products
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience buying in footwear within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • A track record of scaling assortments while protecting margin and managing tight inventory
  • Sharp negotiation skills and supplier management experience, including global sourcing
  • A passion for fashion, trends, and understanding what drives customer engagement
  • Proactive, agile, and hands-on, with a genuine love for product and customers
