Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at the dental practice in Burnside. The ideal candidate will have previous dental reception experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a patient-focused approach to customer service, and the ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly and warm manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handle payments
  • Access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
