We are a psychiatry practice with 4-5 part time psychiatrists.

About the role

The role is primarily a daytime receptionist role. The Requirement for the role is that the candidate is computer literate. [Microsoft and medical software]. The timing for the role is approximately working 21 hrs/week. The regular Days required are Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM-6 PM. However during evening staff leave we may request the candidate to cover the evenings which will be at a higher rate of renumeration.

The candidate should be able to drive and hold a victorian driving license. Candidate should be able to work during school holidays. A good level of communication skills and computer skills are required.

Skills and experience

Well versed with computers, microsoft and preferably with medical software. Candidate must have good telephone manner. Previous Experience as a medical receptionist  will be helpful. Candidates with experience will be given preference.
