Permanent part-time position for 2 experienced receptionists with shifts Monday-Wednesday and flexibility to cover as needed.

Brighton Family & Women's Clinic has been providing exceptional patient care for over 20 years to the Bayside community.

Our 18 doctor General Practice is looking for 2 experienced medical receptionists to join our supportive team. Our ideal candidates values team work and will deliver essential support to the clinic by providing high-quality care and service to our patients. As the face of our clinic we are looking for empathetic and enthusiastic people with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming all patients to our clinic, both in person or on the phone
  • All reception duties as required to provide a seamless experience for patients, nurses, and doctors
  • Efficient and accurate appointment management & billing
  • Supporting our doctors, nurses, management, and reception team to provide the best care to our patients every day

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in General Practice
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with medical software
  • Proven multitasking, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Availability to cover for annual leave and sick leave as required
