We are seeking an experienced Customer Field Technician to join our team in Sydney. This is a vital role where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and working on field tasks across various nbn technologies.

  • This autonomous role involves installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services, with the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Requirements:
  • HFC experience is highly desirable, but transferable skills from a communication cabling background are also welcome
  • Exceptional customer service skills and honesty are essential for success in this role
  • A current & clean Driver's License is required
