SCENT CENTRAL is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our NSW team in a Full Time Position. The role will involve travelling from our Thornleigh warehouse to clients in Metro Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. There is also trips away 1-2 times per six week rotation to regional NSW accomodation and allowances provided for travel.

As a Service Technician you will conduct services, maintenance, basic diagnosis and install equipment as part of agreed services at a number of customer premises within a specific geographical area each day. You are required to record each service undertaken and then at the end of each day you will be expected to return to your base to unload/reload your vehicle.

We provide Scent Marketing, Odour Control and Commercial scenting solutions to clients such as commercial gyms, pubs, clubs, restaurants, strata buildings, schools and more.

To keep a high level of service to our clients, the successful applicant would require:

  • A valid driver license for driving in Australia
  • Experience as a technician (preferred but not necessary)
  • Basic knowledge and skills with hand tools, drills, etc..
  • The ability to work independently, and within a team environment
  • Basic administrative and organisational skills

An average day could see your tasks include:

  • Installation of fragrance machines
  • Basic Diagnosis and Trouble Shooting fragrance machines.
  • Completing service and installation reports
  • Pick up and/delivery of equipment
  • Warehouse organisation
