Customer Field Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Field Technician to join our team in Sydney Metro.

  • This role involves working on customer service field tasks across various nbn technologies, including installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
  • You will be responsible for cabling installation, customer premises equipment installation, fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE.
  • As a Customer Field Technician, you will work independently with minimal supervision and be required to travel to different locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HFC experience is desirable but not essential; transferable skills from a communication cabling background are also valued.
  • Candidates with exceptional customer service skills, honesty and integrity, self-management and motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • A current and clean driver's license is also required.
