We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Field Technician to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on customer-facing field tasks across various nbn technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services. They will have the opportunity to work in multiple environments, both internal and external, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
- Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
- Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Requirements:

- Experience in HFC or communication cabling background
- Excellent customer service skills and honesty/integrity
- Self-management and motivation
- Current and clean Driver's License
- Strong and personable communication skills
