Retail Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive the effective management of employees and direct operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring operational standards of safety and quality;
- Developing and implementing sales and merchandising plans to maximize product awareness;
- Maintaining high productivity and compliance to company procedures and standards;
- Managing presentation, merchandising and inventory standards to ensure quality and consistency;
- Implementing and upholding safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess:
- Vast and extensive retail management experience;
- Knowledge of merchandising and safety law;
- Excellent people and communication skills;
- A 'hands-on' approach to managing staff and operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
High School Certificate or higher required. Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AS400 skills preferred. Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills essential.
