Retail Operations Manager

This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in the visual and operational aspects of a store. As a Store Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned bottle shop, support our team of casuals, and ensure we maintain high standards across compliance, stock management, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Responsible for owning the daily operations of your assigned store: stock receiving, floor presentation, banking, store security, and compliance with liquor and tobacco legislation
- Maintaining high merchandising standards using brand guidelines and internal direction
- Capturing and maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory and other relevant data
- Liaising with the retail network to drive results during busy or high-pressure periods
- Supporting cross-store coverage or Assistant Manager-level tasks as needed
We are seeking an individual with:
- Experience supervising or leading in a retail, liquor or hospitality environment
- A natural communicator and team motivator
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on - you don't wait for direction
- Familiarity with POS, stock management systems, and retail compliance practices
- Holds or willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
