Retail Operations Manager

We're currently seeking a talented and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead our Robina team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with luxury, high-fashion brands like CHANEL, Tom Ford, Tiffany & Co, Jimmy Choo, and more.
As a seasoned retail professional, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and motivating your team to meet and exceed store targets.
You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong product knowledge, creating an engaging and positive working environment, recruiting, leading, and inspiring your team to succeed in store.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a sales expert with a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure. You'll have excellent problem-solving ability, relationship-building skills, time management, and organisational skills.
Prior leadership experience, ideally in retail, is essential. If you're passionate about driving sales growth, developing your team, and creating an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
