Job Overview
The ideal candidate is accountable for every aspect of retail store operations, ensuring all areas of the store are engaged, performing, and delivering world-class guest experience. This role builds team capabilities to drive business strategy and achieve key results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a positive work environment that supports team growth and development.
- Analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to minimize waste and maximize profits.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
