As a Handyperson, reporting directly to the Property Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with over 60 skilled Technicians and Handypersons who are part of our Property Operations team, responsible for maintaining all facets of our Sydney property.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting general maintenance, repair tasks, and cleaning duties for furniture, fittings, and equipment throughout the property.
  • Performing preventative assessments and maintenance on gaming and other equipment.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of plant rooms and other Facilities Department areas.
  • Assisting Maintenance Technicians in their daily responsibilities as needed.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • The ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in a technical, industrial building, or construction environment as a trade assistant.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong passion for teamwork.
  • Knowledge of building services related to their respective trade and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven proficiency in their respective trade with a desire to develop in either Electric, Carpentry, or Joinery.
