**About the Role**

Grupo Mantra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Peppers Manor House. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property, maintaining a high level of quality and service for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to all rooms, facilities, and common areas of the property
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and fixtures

**Requirements**

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
