Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pact Group. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless production line operations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
- Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and productivity.
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including MEX system.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Welding experience and knowledge of Tube sealing, Sachet filling/sealing, and bottle labelling are advantageous.
