Succeed as a Senior Brand Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially-savvy professional to take on a key role in our brand development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic licensing agreements and partnerships.
  • Strengthen brand partnerships and product offerings by identifying new opportunities.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Manage the e-commerce platform, implementing targeted digital marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Analyze market trends and develop innovative brand collaborations to generate new revenue streams.
  • Work closely with leadership to negotiate and secure licensing agreements, driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain commercial relationships, exploring new opportunities through competitions and social media.
  • Oversee product selection, merchandising, and inventory management for a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement branding strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on all revenue streams, including licensing, affiliate, and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in brand management, licensing, and/or e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of licensing agreement processes and ability to support partnership management.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and driving direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
