Job Title: Aesthetics Brand Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetics Brand Specialist to join our team in North Sydney. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, offering the opportunity to work on our latest innovation in aesthetics.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of brand strategy and continued launch activity for a Neuromodulator. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the annual brand plan, including tactical marketing initiatives, managing agency relationships, and overseeing the development of promotional and digital campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' brand management experience, ideally in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills with experience implementing brand strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
