Marketing Specialist Opportunity

As a creative and critical thinker, you will play a key role in growing brand awareness and engagement for our organization. You will confidently support the execution of campaigns from start to finish and take a strategic approach to developing content & social media strategy.

You are innately able to ideate new angles as well as create engaging content. Collaboration must come naturally as you build rapport across the wider marketing team, store teams, different departments, brands and partners. You are agile and adaptable to the growing business needs and willing to work together to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social and content strategy, including Instagram, TikTok, blog, brand launches, influencers and ambassadors
  • Support the Marketing Manager on campaign execution from brief through to reporting
  • Write compelling copy for short and long form written content, working with freelancers when required
  • Oversee influencer marketing strategy for our brand and collection drops
  • Nurture relationships with shopping centers, stylists and other partners
  • Responsible for supporting in-store windows, visual merchandising and activations when required
  • Report on all marketing activity to gain insight and assess against goals
  • Manage assets supplied from our brand partners, including scheduling for social and digital content
  • Support event management, including production and event content strategy
  • Work collaboratively with wider marketing, creative, buying, e-commerce and operations departments to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Support required marketing activity for our mono brand partners
