Competition Strategy Manager

The Competition Strategy Manager will oversee the analysis of competition dynamics, assist in litigation proceedings, and drive improvements for Australian consumers.
About You- Relevant tertiary qualifications in economics, law, or related fields are required.
- A thorough understanding of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and relevant legislation is essential.
- Experience in leading investigations into complex matters and/or competition law issues is necessary.
- Ability to conduct objective, systematic analysis to draw accurate conclusions is required.
- Strong written communication skills and experience in producing high-quality documentation are essential.
- Lead teams to identify and analyze relevant information to draw evidence-based conclusions on competition issues.
- Develop, implement, and review plans for the conduct of investigations and/or projects.
- Identify suitable resolutions for identified actions, changing market behaviors, activities, and issues.
- Prepare for litigation in the Federal Court, including drafting briefs for lawyers and counsel.
