**The Opportunity - About the Role**

We have a unique opportunity for a Strategy Manager to join the team in Sydney. In this role you will be primarily responsible with assisting in the development of Stockland's group and business unit strategies. You will play a key role in assisting in the delivery of board papers, strategic deep dives and ad-hoc projects at the request of Stockland's Executive Committee and Board. To achieve this, you will build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and analysis of Stockland's strategic efforts
- Analyse key strategic opportunities across all areas of the business
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and written materials to communicate key strategic and commercial insights

**About You**
- Ideally 2-3 years' experience with a top tier strategy consulting firm
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Prefer business experience in real estate, construction, investments or engineering
- Good financial knowledge and modelling / quantitative skills
- Good presentation writing and delivery skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
