You will build strong relationships with clubs and their leaders, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee elite development programs. Your goal will be to shape the future of competitions by designing structures and implementing initiatives to drive long-term club sustainability.
  • Manage and deliver competitions from start to finish, ensuring participant satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clubs, focusing on support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Oversee elite development programs, including coaching, umpiring, and other key areas.
  • Design and implement strategies to promote competition growth and improve overall quality.
RequirementsThis is an ideal opportunity for someone with advanced communication skills, proven operational expertise, and experience in community sport or similar fields. You must be adaptable, strategic, and comfortable making sound decisions under pressure.
