Key Account Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to help us grow our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of what makes a successful high-ticket closer or appointment setter.

Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process, from reviewing applications and conducting interviews to final selections and onboarding.

You will guide new hires through our standard operating procedures (SOPs), lead role-play sessions, and ensure they are sales-ready before transitioning to our internal team.

This is a flexible contract role that can be performed remotely, with a clear scope and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
  • Deep understanding of high-performance recruitment
  • Warm, confident, and skilled at reading people
  • Experience with onboarding and initial training an advantage
