Contract Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing our recruitment process for high-performing sales teams.

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in sales or high-performance recruitment
  • Deep understanding of what makes a successful sales professional
  • Someone who is warm, confident, and naturally great at reading people
  • Experience with onboarding and initial training a huge bonus
  • Driven by results but grounded in empathy
