**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Reporting through to the Group General Manager HR and HR Manager for Healthy Ageing, you will form part of the HR team, supporting the attraction and retention of the right staff for Mercy Health.
- Execute activities in line with Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce plans into effective operational outcomes.
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the attraction and retention of the right talent to meet the needs of the organisation.
- You will perform at a ‘Self Leader’ level; delivering department objectives, using resources efficiently, maintaining knowledge and skills, delivering quality services and respecting diversity, identifying issues and solutions and work with others and balancing priorities.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Managing bulk recruitment campaigns you will be required to be a hands-on highly organised recruiter. You will take a proactive, customer centric and collaborative approach to your work. You will also be involved and experienced in the following:
- Recruitment experience in volume recruitment or sizeable, geographically dispersed
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
