Job Overview

This senior technical position is responsible for providing pre-sales support to customers. The role involves utilizing technical expertise and product knowledge to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Assist the sales team in assessing potential applications of company products and preparing detailed specifications for development and implementation.
  • Design and implement complex products and solutions, creating detailed design and implementation specifications as needed.
  • Develop mini-applications based on customer requirements, requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demos.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical specifications on storage products and services.
  • Experience working with telecom customers/service providers is essential.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineering on storage technologies.
  • The successful candidate will operate as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and influence the sales team, driving initiatives and acting as a decision-maker on projects.
  • Experience or working knowledge with EMC, HDS, HPE, IBM, VMware, or PureStorage products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cloud, storage, AI/ML, database, microservice, enterprise application, or DevOps is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Container & Kubernetes (K8S) platform.
  • Understanding of hybrid multi-cloud technologies, AI Platform.
