This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative and energetic HR team as an HR Business Partner.
The role will involve working closely with senior leaders on workforce planning initiatives, building leadership capability through fostering trusted relationships and influencing, leading change projects including restructures and system implementations, coaching and supporting people leaders on performance management matters, and working closely with Talent Acquisition to plan key sourcing initiatives.
- Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with a corporate services portfolio, build trust and enable senior and middle management to achieve company goals through your true partnership skills.
- Work closely with senior leaders on workforce planning initiatives to ensure both budget and people needs are met;
- Build leadership capability through fostering trusted relationships and influencing;
- Lead change projects, including restructures and system implementations;
- Coach and support people leaders on performance management matters;
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to plan key sourcing initiatives.
A true partner to your portfolio, you enjoy influencing and take the time to understand and align needs with Company goals.
Additionally, you will have:
- Demonstrated success in HR Business Partnering/HR Generalist positions;
- You enjoy working autonomously, effectively managing your own time and driving success within your portfolio, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a Team;
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, combined with a service focus;
- Solid knowledge in employee relations;
- The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
- HR related Tertiary qualification.
