Key Responsibilities

">

We are seeking a seasoned leader to define and execute the long-term vision for the Analytics function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, AI & automation expertise, and data infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate will oversee the enhancement of our existing central Analytics function, ensuring its effectiveness in providing actionable insights to various business units. They will also build strong relationships with executive leadership and department heads, understanding their analytical needs and proactively delivering solutions that address critical business challenges.

Apart from leading and integrating AI, Automation & Analytics functions, the successful candidate will partner closely with engineering and other relevant teams to define, design, and implement the robust data infrastructure necessary to support an organisation scaling towards new heights.

They will also lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts, data engineers, and in the future, data scientists. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

The successful candidate will translate complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders. Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
