**Data Analytics Leader**

As a Data Analytics Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will lead the development and implementation of analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive analytics roadmaps, leveraging data exploration, model development, validation, and insight communication to drive business impact.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate results.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and opportunities, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Lead high-performing teams of analysts and data storytellers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into analytical problems, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet business needs.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and compliant with governance, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and quality.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex analytics teams in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proven track record in developing high-performing teams and managing complex workloads.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles.
