Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing robust attribution models to assess and enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Applying analytical principles to convert complex datasets into actionable insights that shape marketing strategy
  • Leveraging predictive modeling and data tools to uncover trends and inform targeting
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to support channel mix optimization and business case development
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and championing evidence-based thinking
  • Upskilling the team and embedding best practices into our marketing operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and unlock value

About You

We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

  • Demonstrated senior level experience in marketing analytics or data science
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies
  • Strong SQL and Python skills with the ability to build and explain models confidently
  • Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complexity and influencing stakeholders
  • A STEM-based academic background, ideally in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
