We're seeking a seasoned Property Management Specialist to join our team in Norwood. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Job Summary

This role involves overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, conducting regular inspections, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless lease renewals and arrears management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property maintenance tasks, including work orders, quotes, and insurance claims
  • Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections, and oversee make-good compliance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and insurers
  • Handle lease renewals, manage tenant arrears, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Real Estate License (required)
  • Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Experience in commercial or residential property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 knowledge an advantage
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
