Real Estate Transaction Manager

A key player in the Australian real estate market is seeking a high-performing professional to join its expanding team. The role of Real Estate Transaction Manager offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this dynamic organization.

This senior position involves overseeing all aspects of the property acquisition process, from deal execution through post-settlement. As the primary transaction manager, you will coordinate legal, financial, and administrative components to ensure timely and accurate settlement of commercial real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, property settlements, or related legal/transactional work. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years' experience in commercial real estate, property settlements, or related legal/transactional work
  • Strong knowledge of land title systems (Torrens title, strata title), encumbrances, caveats, PPSR, and property law principles
  • Familiarity with surveying issues, planning overlays, and council regulations
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
