Job Overview

Australian Lease Management seeks a skilled Property Manager to oversee and manage commercial properties, negotiate leases, conduct premises searches, and provide strategic commercial property advice.

This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Adelaide Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Negotiating leases and rent determinations
  • Conducting premises searches
  • Providing strategic commercial property advice

Daily tasks include property inspections, tenant relations, lease administration, and excellent organizational and communication skills to handle multiple properties and clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in lease management and commercial property management
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to conduct premises searches and rent determinations
  • Proficiency in providing strategic commercial property advice
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Greater Adelaide Area's commercial real estate market is an advantage.
