Commercial Property Manager

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Norwood. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of property maintenance: work orders, quotes, and insurance claims
- Conduct inspections (routine, ingoing, and outgoing) and oversee make-good compliance
- Communicate confidently with landlords, tenants, trades, and insurers
- Handle lease renewals, arrears management, and tenant communications
- Build strong relationships to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders
- Current Real Estate License (essential)
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Experience in commercial or residential property management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 knowledge an advantage
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
