The primary objective of this position is to provide support and guidance to branch teams across QLD, ensuring they have the necessary resources and infrastructure to achieve their objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly reporting of activities and projects
- Effective planning for growth within branches
- Management of general operations of all branch staff, working closely with Branch Managers
- Developing operational strategies by branch and collaborating with State and Branch Managers to ensure they are met
- Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and development needs of staff in all branches
- Ensuring efficient on-time delivery to customers
- Maximizing efficiency of logistics and yard operations
