Job Title: Strategic Change Lead

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Change Lead to join our team in a leadership role within a new and growing change practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a senior role in partnering with business areas to support change initiatives that drive business and technology projects forward.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement future state visions and stakeholder experiences aligned with the vision
  • Engage program and organisational leaders in future state visions, case for change, and change leadership roles/capabilities
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members while meeting service user needs with quality deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder segments reflecting functional, behavioural, and attitudinal characteristics of target audiences
  • Offer advice on effective channels and levers to effect functional, behavioural, and attitudinal change suitable for audience segments
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and communicate change management requirements, plans, and schedules, proposing recommendations for continuous improvement
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in change-related roles such as Change Coordinator/Change Manager or similar
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Industry knowledge and experience within the disability sector and NDIS, and an understanding of the disability community
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
