About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Services Engineer to join our team at Bluebayinvest. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our business users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve technical requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide first and second-level support for IT requests and incidents
  • Provision and manage user accounts and access
  • Communicate technical information to users and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of systems and applications
  • Deploy and distribute software and platform enhancements
  • Support and maintain telecom, audio, and visual infrastructure and services
  • Coordinate and conduct regular attestation reviews
Requirements
  • Strong communication and written skills in English
  • Knowledge of Japanese is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in end user services, with a focus on technical support and service delivery
  • Experience in communicating with users via multiple support channels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and objectives with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate
  • University degree in a related field
  • 2 years' experience working in a financial services environment
  • Experience with Windows Client, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and VPN
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Web Ex, MS Teams, and Zoom
  • Experience with IT service management, including Service Now
