Training and Assessment Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled Training and Assessment Leader to oversee the delivery of quality training programs for Apprentices, Trainees, and School Students. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations, providing leadership, and ensuring high standards of training and customer service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing the logistics of our VET in Schools programs, including rostering, scheduling, resource allocation, and purchasing requirements.
  • Contributing to compliance-related activities to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Leading the VET in Schools Training team and developing new trainers.
  • Overseeing the performance of training staff and ensuring timely delivery of Nationally Accredited Training Programs.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
  • Licenced Trade Qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Refrigeration.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Certificate (NPC).
  • Experience in training and assessing, supervisory roles, and people management.
  • Full Australian working rights.
