Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues to client agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake case management, including return to work and injury management, conduct, complaints, inability, and performance management.
  • Conduct research and prepare submissions and reports for delegates.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement early intervention strategies consistent with relevant legislation.

Key Requirements:

  • High-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to establish collaborative relationships at all levels to positively influence human resource practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR case management.
