Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Officer to provide expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to undertake case management, including return to work and injury management, conduct investigations, handle complaints, manage performance, and develop strategic partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce management best practices
  • Conduct case management activities, including return to work and injury management, conduct investigations, and handle complaints
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve workforce productivity and reduce costs
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources case management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders
