Workforce Management Specialist

As a senior officer in workforce management, you will provide expert advice and support to client agencies on workforce management matters. Your key responsibilities include undertaking case management tasks such as return-to-work initiatives, conduct investigations, complaints handling, performance management, and injury prevention strategies that align with relevant legislation.
Your primary focus is to offer expertise across a range of areas including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, injury management, and general human resources support. You will prepare submissions and reports for stakeholders, establish and nurture partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must possess high-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels to influence human resource practices positively.
