About This Role

This role ensures effective workforce coverage across services through the coordination of rosters, shift coverage, and workforce availability.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating rosters and ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Managing shift coverage and workforce availability

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering, workforce scheduling, or workforce administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and rostering systems (or ability to learn quickly)
