MarTech and Digital Experience Strategist

As a key member of our Global Member Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a seamless member experience across all our members' journeys. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for leading our MarTech approach to optimise our members' digital channel experiences. You will provide strategic leadership and development, driving MarTech innovation that will drive organisation KPI uplift through omni-channel personalisation, automation, and process efficiencies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement MarTech omni-channel and personalisation strategies, leading a team of 2.
- Partner with Marketing senior leadership to ensure all marketing campaigns and associated digital channels deliver the optimum customer experience, with MarTech functionality applied, automated, and created efficiently.
- Support and assurance in end-to-end campaign design and orchestration of multi-channel experiences that enhance campaign outcomes in terms of hitting KPIs/metrics.
- Ensure marketing data model and segmentation assurance, working with internal teams to integrate journey and enterprise data models and segmentation.
- Act as the business MarTech expert, solving problems, simplifying complexity in process or platform integration, and influencing key stakeholders and partners with easy-to-understand analysis, insights, design solutions, and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the portfolio budget development each year and manage activities within budgetary constraints, ensuring spend is under or in line with overall budget.
You have previous experience in using complex MarTech platforms and solutions to optimise marketing strategies and plans to achieve organisation KPIs and metrics. You are an expert in using MarTech to achieve personalised, omni-channel digital experiences and have an understanding of the end-to-end stack. You have strong data modelling, integration, and segmentation skills. You are a natural people leader and have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
