About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Martech Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a key member of our digital transformation project, you will play a critical role in consolidating our CRM, Marketing Automation, and CDP platforms into a single, unified system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize and maintain the new CRM Martech platform across 5 brands and 4 regions.
  • Drive customer data accuracy and security in collaboration with IT and Analytics teams.
  • Facilitate automation migration and manage integrations with key vendors and partners.
  • Partner with CRM and Digital teams as a technical and data expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Martech platforms.
  • Strong skills in communication, project management, team management, organization, time management, attention to detail, data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Technical knowledge of data architecture, data segmentation, list management, and GDPR compliance.
