Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Supervisor to fill this key position within our retail sales workforce. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and overseeing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and high-quality service to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning staff to various duties.
  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance, as well as handle staff grievances.
  • Guide staff on handling complex sales situations and customer concerns.
  • Take inventory, order new stock, and ensure goods are appropriately priced and displayed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain uniform and presentation standards within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • AQF Certificate II or III or relevant retail experience.
  • At least one year of experience in retail supervision or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
